For one manufacturing company, an extremely poor service experience became the opportunity for a Naturals2Go operator.
Autumn Tonic and her husband, Osei, found the power of community and connection early on in their business. They identify this as the key to finding businesses who value a great vending experience to offer their employees or customers. In fact, Autumn let us know she wished she started community outreach on day one.
With these valuable connection skills, and commitment to excellent operations and service already honed in, they reached out to a local manufacturing team not realizing the timing was serendipitous.
The company had just parted ways with its former vending provider — a national organization that had acquired what was once a responsive and personable “mom & pop” operation.
The shift from small-business charm to corporate coldness and lack of care when vending goes wrong had left a sour taste. The heartfelt service that used to feel like a neighborly visit had vanished. So much so, they kicked the corporate company out and went without vending for a time.
As Autumn and Osei spoke with the decision-maker, one thing became clear: they weren’t just looking for machines—they were looking for humans who care.
“We train all our employees that service is king,” the company leader shared. “And we expect the same in return.”
That statement resonated deeply with Autumn and Osei, because that’s exactly how they operate.
