Vend Tech International Inc. (VTI), doing business as Naturals2Go, was founded in 1988 in Idaho Falls, Idaho by Ray Peterson who had an idea for a vending machine that would rotate to display selections. For nearly 40 years, the company has steadily become a significant influencer in the vending market.
Under the familiar brand name of Naturals2Go and VTI, our legal entity, we lead the industry in snack and drink vending business opportunities. As a legal entity, under the brand names of Naturals2Go, Naturals2Grow and Naturals2Go+, VTI will continue this long tradition of creating new markets and opening new opportunities in the convenience services industry in North America, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
VTI and all entities are privately owned. We are operated by a leadership team with a rich background in franchising, vending, engineering, and business growth. Many of our leadership team, and employees, are or have been vending business and convenience services owner-operators.
Naturals2Go is our familiar corporate brand entity, launched in 2010 in response to consumer demands for healthy, convenient, better-for-you snacks and drinks.
Through this diversification to better serve customers, we position ourselves to take advantage of changing trends in snack and drink markets, employing emerging technology that enables vending operators to be more efficient in running successful vending businesses. Naturals2Go created the now popular “healthy vending” market in response to consumer demand for fresher convenience food. To date we have launched over 2,000 entrepreneurs and placed over 20,000 machines in the United States.

In 2018, Heath Falzarano took on the position of President of Vend Tech International / Naturals2Go with the retirement of former President and CEO, Randy Francis. Francis’ 30 years leading the company left a foundation that paved the way for Falzarano to evolve the organization – not just to the next level but to stand alone in a competitive market.

President Heath Falzarano brought his experience owning and operating his own vending business, as well as other successful businesses, with the advantage of first being a customer. He leads with a passion for the business and industry while maintaining the company’s long-time tradition of unwavering focus on customers. Joining Heath in leadership of the organization is an extremely experienced and diverse board of directors and executive leadership team, many who have also been owner-operators while also carrying acumen in franchises, the convenience services industry, and business.

This team intends to create growth in Canada and the United Kingdom, while continuing to expand and diversify across the United States.
Currently, Naturals2Go supports entrepreneurs in 49 States, across America. In 2024, Savannah became the first regional operations center and Naturals2Go / VTI headquarters. In 2025, Naturals2Go will see global expansion and three more U.S. operations centers.

We advocate for our industry and stakeholders. In response to legislative challenges in North America, our team has committed to a grassroots approach, engaging with local, state, and federal legislators to discuss the benefits of the industry for their constituents. Naturals2Go also participates in the NAMA) Government Affairs Fly-In to further this initiative and will continue to support it. To further our mission of giving more entrepreneurial opportunities to business owners, and continuing to expand the convenience services market at the standard we have set, we have developed a masterclass training program. This program is available to existing Naturals2Go business owner-operators who are established and seeking a growth plan, by invitation-only.
Naturals2Grow program is designed to teach and support these enterprising entrepreneurs how to scale their business and diversify their products into other MVP machines, coffee service and equipment, AI equipment, pantry service, break rooms, and micro markets.

With our home base ROC headquartered in Savannah, Georgia, Naturals2Go has three ROCs planned for 2025, with more to come. These hubs offer world-class distribution, operations, and business training. They also become the hub of Naturals2Go’s expanded expertise in breakroom and convenience solutions. More importantly, the ROCs also allow Naturals2Go to create jobs, invest in local economies, contribute to communities, and foster meaningful local connections. These centers give us a home base to expand our community-based initiatives, volunteerism and charitable contributions.
