Adriana Dominguez, Warehouse Manager – Next Level Refresh, El Paso
Adriana has been instrumental in growing the Regional Operating Center from startup phase to nearly $2 million in revenue in just over a year. Having worked in nearly every operational and management role, she has trained and mentored warehouse team members while consistently stepping in wherever needed. Her positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous learning make her a cornerstone of the operation.
Darnell Chisholm, External Operations Manager – Next Level Refresh, Savannah
As Savannah’s first Account Manager, Darnell quickly distinguished himself through his exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. After helping train new Account Managers while managing his own responsibilities, he was promoted to External Operations Manager, where he now oversees installations and daily operations. His dedication helps ensure customers receive the level of service promised from day one.
Ashlee Jewell, Vice President of Growth – Next Level Refresh
Ashlee is widely recognized for her expertise in helping operators grow through micro markets and enhanced breakroom experiences. Her exceptional design, merchandising, and customer-focused approach continue to drive innovation throughout Next Level Refresh. Ashlee’s creativity and industry knowledge help create spaces that deliver value for both customers and operators.
Naomi Book, Regional Manager – Next Level Refresh, Hermitage
For more than five years, Naomi has demonstrated exceptional dedication, reliability, and leadership within the Hermitage ROC. Having successfully worked in every role across the operation, she brings a deep understanding of the business and a passion for developing others. Her team-first mentality and commitment to excellence continue to strengthen the organization at every level.
Yuxin Deng, International Operations Administrator
Yuxin has played a pivotal role in advancing operational excellence and innovation across the organization through both technology and leadership. As a key contributor to the development of a customized in-house Vending Management System and national operations strategy, she has helped drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. Her collaborative leadership style, technical expertise, and forward-thinking approach continue to shape the future of unattended retail within the organization.
Stanley Talley, Technical Support Specialist
Stanley combines technical expertise with a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach that has made him a trusted resource throughout the organization. His willingness to support both operators and teammates, paired with his creation of impactful training videos, has improved team knowledge and overall support effectiveness. Stanley’s commitment to sharing knowledge continues to elevate those around him.
Rashad Cleveland, Technical Support Specialist
Rashad has earned a reputation for his reliability, initiative, and ability to turn challenging operator interactions into positive outcomes. His calm demeanor, strong communication skills, and ownership mindset have made him a trusted resource for both operators and teammates.
