Falzarano shared his own journey to becoming an owner-operator and eventually taking over Naturals2Go. He pinpointed the deep-rooted company culture and support system as key attractors. “Back when I looked at it in 2016…I really liked the fact that it had been around for about 30 years at the time,” Falzarano explained. He was particularly impressed that many of the people supporting the business were also owner-operators, which resonated with new entrepreneurs who appreciated guidance from those actively engaged in the trenches of the business.
Exponential Growth and Training Excellence
Naturals2Go has seen significant growth, expanding from 22 employees in 2018 to over a hundred today. Falzarano attributes this growth to the quality of training and support offered to new business owners. “We hold training every six weeks in Savannah, Georgia…where we train them on how to run the business, manage inventory, and effectively use our vendor management systems,” he stated. This hands-on approach ensures that every new member of the Naturals2Go community is well-prepared to succeed in the competitive vending market.
Future Plans and Expansion
Excitedly, Falzarano discussed the upcoming expansion plans, including breaking ground on a new 112,000-square-foot facility in Savannah, Georgia. This new headquarters will not only house their training programs but will also serve as a central hub for both domestic and international operations. “It’s going to be a spot where we can build business with our suppliers and provide a place for future trainings and annual operator conferences,” he noted, highlighting the strategic importance of this expansion.
